This may nouns nuts, but the best way I hold found to apply moist heat is to melt tomatoes, place them in a pack and squish them, wrap a wet washcloth around the backpack and apply to the area. I win these all the time from the diabetes I enjoy. This works pretty good.
Yes, honestly, any soak in a thaw bath or. . . . better but, slice a potatoe, hold it on the cyst with a bandaid or something, the potatoe will draw the stuff from inside the cyst out, try that
