Has anyone tried the Kinoki detox foot pad that are advertise on tv and if you hold do they in fact work?
Answer: it's a scam. i bought it a few months ago and it's a scam. it doesn't work.
A friend of mine just asked me around these foot pads. I hold not used them, but I can inform you the best way to detox is to start near your insides. At the beginning of the year I did a seven-day liquid fast to detox from the inside out. It involved skin brushing, exercise, tub salt soaks, and enemas to aid my body contained by the detoxification process. I transitioned to solid food slowly and carefully, and immediately eat a fundamentally clean diet as described within the book The Detox Diet by Elson Haas, M.D. After all, going through a detox time of year and then going support to eating processed food big in stout and refined sugar and intake foods high surrounded by heavy metal toxicity defeat the entire purpose! I say this because even if the foot pad provide some benefit, the benefits will be quickly lost if your everyday lifestyle does not support ongoing detoxification. So guess about what results you really want and beware of wasting your money on the foot pad! Good luck!
