I give somebody a lift Adderal Xr 20mg and Lamictal 100mg would it be past the worst to use Sudafed PE next to these medication?
I take these meds for ADHD and Bipolar.

I would seriously NOT recommend taking Sudafed PE near your current medications. As you probably know, Adderal is a powerful stimulant beside effects on the heart such as increasing blood pressure and heart rate.
Sudafed PE also stimulates the heart, making it dangerous contained by combination with Adderal. Combining the two could organize to heart problems such an arrythmia (potentially fatal modify in your heartbeat).
BTW, did your doctor or pharmacy inform you anything about the interaction between Adderal and Lamictal? Taking these drugs together increased the risk of seizure. Since you've been taking this combination already it doesn't seem to be to be a problem for you, but just so your aware of the interaction and risk of seizure.
Call your local 24 hour pharmacy and ask .
call a Chemist, or ask a doctor.
