Can multi vitamins engineer you get the impression kinda sick ?
I just started taking multivitamins today and i own felt sick adjectives day. i be just wondering if it could be the result in.
Answer: did you take it near food? Make sure to take it near food and not on an empty stomach, because that can engender you sick.
If taken on an empty stomach--yes. If next to food--maybe. Maybe something is not agreeing with you. I do know iron be very upsetting to me at one time (years ago). So it might be basically one ingredient in the vitamins Not usual, but yes.
First, I individual recommend vitamins from reputable companies that sell through intuitive food stores. Others use mostly synthetic vits. Not good.
Second, I recommend vitamins be taken next to food - always. Eat a few bites, afterwards take the pill, next finish the meal. B vitamins on meaningless stomach can make you sick, as can several minerals, especially zinc.
Third, remote possibility you are have an allergic reaction to something contained by these pills. Are they some fake, bright color? Could be the dye.
Fourth, as I'm sure you know, could be you are coming down beside something and this is just a coincidence. Cheapest, fastest bearing to know is to stop taking them for a few days and try again after you feel better.
If you took too lots, then yes.
If you took an inferior brand, next yes.
I only every use vitamins recommended by my naturopath. I never buy vitamins directly past its sell-by date the shelf on the “advice” of shop staff.
Also some vitamins must not be taken on an empty stomach.

It is terribly possible that you could be allergic to an ingredient in the vitamin. If they are making you sick, I dont suppose you should continue them. Mutilvitamins are not really important for most people. I intuitively cannot take them because of the side effects- I hold a bee pollen allergy and possibly others that I dont know about. I recommend going to the doctor and getting a blood tryout after a week of eating a typical diet. This will show if your body is undersupplied anything significant. I found vitamin D and DHA were the with the sole purpose things my body was underprovided so those are the only two supplements I help yourself to. Plus, it is always more beneficial to bring back your nutrients from whole foods to some extent than supplements, they arent as effective contained by pill form. if you take to frequent or if you take them on an blank stomach
