Has anyone used a neti pot?? What benifits own you have?
Answer: well i own not use tried the netti pot! but i have put a saltwater solution within the palm of my hand and snorted it up into the nostril. i burned but i must say aloud it cleared out my sinuses. i am in the adjectives going to purchase a netti pot. it beats adjectives the chemiacals the allopathic doctors had me on for allergies and sinus problems!
I own used a neti pot and I love it. it clears out your congestion. You can breath! You won't believe the difference even if you aren't stuffed up. Everything smells better. I use mine every morning. I got it for my sinus headache which it really hasn't helped them but I am still glad I made the purchase. Neti pot is used sea neti (Jal neti) and it is used to take river from the nostrel which is open and excreat from the other side. It raise many things relalting to proboscis , ear, eyes, throat and head. Neti kare soi ankh, kan, nak and gale ke rog n vype koi.
I love my neti pot as it moisturises my nasal passage so they don't dry out and bleed in the cold dry winter. Also I enjoy yet to get hold of a bad sinus infection this winter since using it 6-7 times a week. The neti pot have been a God dispatch for me. Just make sure you use "deep-sea salt" not regular salt. If you don't use any brackish it will burn.
