Sleeping - any accepted wisdom?
Does anyone have any design regarding sleeping? I don't want suggestions around sleeping pills, no alcohol or coffee - those are no-brainers. I'm wondering about relaxation technique, etc.

I learned a technique when I have severe insomnia that helped. You start next to your head and walk down, flexing EVERY single muscle for 5-10 seconds. The view is that this will relieve the tension within the muscles and relaxing them will relax you. I also have a nouns maker set on rainfall, I think the constant nouns of it really helps hold on to me asleep. Instead of lying awake focusing on to do lists, I can focus on the nouns and it puts me right to sleep. Good luck

There is one techinque that i use, it's severely simple. Take 3 extremely deep breaths within and out. I mean til you can't inhale/exhale any more, later a bit more. This is very cleansing and suprisingly impressive at clearing out all the on a daily basis junk that accumulate in my brain.
Yes yes, do those silly breathing things. By adjectives means. But exercise will wear you out while doing your body apposite and help you sleep. Trust me.

If you have any psychological problem similar to fear, tautness etc. please be bold. No tension or horror even if death is contained by front of you.
Purchase a medium size round magnet. maintain it under your d¨Ścolletage with its S pole touching your d¨Ścolletage. You will sleep within 10 minutes. Ask your own flesh and blood members/friends to remove the magnet after you have gone contained by sound sleep.
Don't hold on to magnet near heart or brain. It will create problems.
If you believe contained by God, then be in motion with recitation of his nickname, prayers while on bed till you fell asleep. Only His name is completely effective.
I know these nouns stupid, but they work for me. Seriously.
How I get to sleep if I can't is put pillows on any side of my body to hold me still and sleep on my side, hugging one of the pillows. I wear jammies that don't restrict my movements, like shorts and a t-shirt. I put one pillow on my chief and imagine it's my mother's appendage and I'm a little toddler.
If that still doesn't work, I imagine that God is holding me surrounded by His hand.
The body scan is obedient too if my mind is racing: I communicate each factor of my body that it is relaxed. "Feet, relax. Feet, you are relaxed." And take a breath between respectively.
