Does anyone know where on earth I could find information going on for dietary supplements?
I can't find any websites that say what respectively supplement is, what its supposed to do, and how to take them. Does anyone know where on earth I could look to find out? If you take them, do they work?

First responder have listed several administration web sites; I would consider these to be reliable. In broad, supplements are a doubtful proposition; they are not standardized, nor approved for efficacy by the FDA, so you can't really know what you are getting, or whether it is worth anything.
