I can't find any websites that say what respectively supplement is, what its supposed to do, and how to take them. Does anyone know where on earth I could look to find out? If you take them, do they work?

Answer:

First responder have listed several administration web sites; I would consider these to be reliable. In broad, supplements are a doubtful proposition; they are not standardized, nor approved for efficacy by the FDA, so you can't really know what you are getting, or whether it is worth anything.
you can find the info at www.4health411.com.click on the 10 secrets prompt.
Another way out is www.in-sighthealth.com. They can answer just almost any question nearly supplements you may have, as resourcefully as how YOU should take respectively supplement, not just how much to transport based on the RDA or what's labeled on the bottle.
