Expiration Date - Medicine?
Hypothetically, if one had carisoprodol that said "discard by 2003" should one verbs to use these without a significant luck of injury or should one discard these hypothetical pills with hurry?
Answer:
A medical professional would say to discard the remainder of the medication because it is olden its expiration date.
However, if you were doing your own research for your own *hypothetical* situation next you would first want to examine where you own obtained this "expiration" date. Was it on a stock bottle or a repackaged bottle? Most states require that any medication obtain from a pharmacy must be given an expiration of one year or less after it is repackaged and sold. Although, the imaginative stock bottle may have have an expiration 2 or 3 years from that point.
2003 was almost 4 years ago. I am sure it is olden its original expiration date. I would say-so get rid of it.... however, I own never heard of anyone getting sick from taking expired medication any unless it had something growing on it or is a solution that has spoiled.
Definately throw it away.. ingredients will hold changed, and I can very economically make you in poor health.... and they won't help you the course that they should... It is not any biddable anymore.. any doc will tell you: it is not accurate to keep ANY medicene olden the expiration date.....
When in doubt... throw it out! Go to http://medicinerx.net/carisoprodol.php... and buy some fresh pills!
