Kindly suggest exercises for my iching spine. I perceive headache cuz of slack backpack on a daily basis. what to do?

I have a similar post and back pains. I lay on the floor. Grab my ankles and slowly rock down my spine back and forth. It works for me and feel good when I win up off the floor. I consequently go enjoy a nice warm bubble hip bath. That makes me quality good adjectives over.
Hanging the old backpack eh, I hear their going to Hang that Sadam gey tomorrow, but any ho I find heat to relieve pay for pain the best, I sit subsequent to my woodstove & it feel so much better, but the rooms resembling 25o C & I fall asleep.
I'd similar to to help but I'm not identifiable with the iching spine symptom. Are you lifting something to be precise too heavy for you? Or is it the repition i.e. causing the problem? yes stroke will help as will bowen treatments or even acupuncture. I would look for the rationale of the pain and stop doing it.
