Is is ok to dispense a 5-yr-old sleepytime tea? Chamomile within it as the sleep aid. If so, is it ok to use repeatedly?

Answer:
Hi Beverly R, yes you may give chamomile tea to your 5-yr-old little one. Chamomile tea is a naturally caffeine-free tisane (herbal tea) and have a comparable amount of health benefits. It have a mild honey-flowery aroma, golden yellow hue, and a neat semi-sweet smooth taste.

Yes, the chamomile tea best specified as a muscle relaxant and antispasmodic, chamomile also has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory capability. So your baby, most probable, will have sweet sleep,

Make a one-cup serving for your child and for yourself (with one teacup of chamomile and 1/4 cup any juice) or a full teapot to share with home and friends. This after-dinner "'drink" will surely become a habit surrounded by your house!

Makes 4 servings

-4 chamomile teabags -4 cups boiling water -1 cup any
liquid cocktail, at room temperature - Sugar to essence

Steep the teabags in the boiling hose down in a teapot, for 8 minutes. Discard the teabags and make a payment the any juice. Stir and serve rapidly in teacups.

I don't know the answer to this one, but I don't think you should donate a five year old regular tea or soda pop any.

Good luck, if you want to give your five year ripened sleepytime tea, then they must be a great deal like mine be..I'll pray for you :)
I wouldn't do it to often but plenty to start a sleeping pattern. It wont hurt your child if you do this. I hold to give my son Coffee to get hold of him to calm down basis he can get really hyper. My sons doctor think it was a great theory for me to do this ever so often when my son is strong to calm down. I would first speak to your child's doctor to make sure that your child wont hold a allergic reaction to anything within the tea first. If your child is then your child's doctor can abet get you some meds to start a sleeping tract for your child and you will know how to get him/her rotten the meds once you see your child has majority sleeping patterns.
Since it's instinctive and herbal, it should be fine. My advice is to one and only use it as necessary. You can also do a oral exam where you rub a few drops of the tea (or set the raining tea bag on) into your child's forearm and see if (s)he breaks out to trial for an allergic reaction. I hold some mild plant allergies (hayfever) so I test adjectives herbal teas out on myself like this first to be paid sure before I ingest them. I haven't have any problems so far.
I would give the child a fragile tea (make a cup then partly it and dilute with hose down or milk (soy or cow's (if you drink that sort of thing)). As long as she is not allergic to ragweed, it should be fine.
Yes, it is safe for children to drink chamomile tea because chamomile as sleep aid is also biddable for children however try to observe first until that time you continue using it because it might irritate their skin. And aside from this herbal remedy you can also try Sleep So Good Cream which is made from unprocessed ingredients and has no adverse side effect. In reality, this cream is an excellent example of sleeping aids because it is safe and peaceable to use regardless of the age of the sleeping person. So for a child sleep aids remember, it should be organic and easy on their growing systems.

So try to check the site below if you want to know more just about sleep aid for children.
Yes, but make it partly strength with basically a pinch of sugar.
I would only use it when they really own a difficult time falling asleep.

Weak chamomile tea is also great to help soothe a highly fussy or colicky infant.
