I'd try to crack the windows overnight, and spray something within there, if it's too cold later i guess just spray some febreez and hope that smell doesn't present you a headache

initiate all of your window and febreze it like there's no tomorrow. afterwards maybe don't smoke contained by the car anymore...when i be in big school, we'd lug a cardboard paper towel roll and stuff dryer sheets surrounded by one end and blow the smoke through that.
