Does taking nutmeg effect the liver?

Answer:    Yes it does but in a positive course. Nutmeg is an excellent liver tonic which can help remove toxins from the liver.

In dignified doses Nutmeg can be toxic. Don't ever take more than 6 tablespoons a afternoon. (That would be an awful lot for anyone to take within a day!)

If you want to read up on the other benefits of Nutmeg do a survey on "health benefits of nutmeg" and read through the planned sites. It's a great little spice to add to you time!
I wouldn't take more than 1 tablespoon a morning -IF that.
It can be toxic and nobody needs mega doses. I don`t know .. i took 30 grams before and didnt over dose. thats resembling almost 12 teaspoons.. and i felt messed up and really elevated, but that was the point.
