Answer:
- Drink HEAPS of fluids. (Water, juice, clear broth or thaw lemon water near honey), it will help to clear congestion and prevents dehydration. Stay AWAY from alcohol, coffee and caffeinated sodas, which create dehydration worse.

- Gargling salt marine helps to relieve a scratchy throat.

- Chicken soup

Some more tips on what you can do roughly speaking a cold:

- Use a paper towel fairly than a cloth one to dry your hands.
- Avoid relations who are sick whenever possible, and stay home if you're sick yourself.
- Avoid sharing dishes, towels or silverware.
- Regularly clean your desk, phone and computer baby grand — at home and at the office — beside sanitizing wipe.
- Make a serious effort to have power over stress, which lowers immunity and may take home you more susceptible to illness.
- Boost your unconscious immunity next to regular exercise and a healthy diet.

Garlic tablets. Naturemade, Kwai, Kyolic are good brands I cart them every day and just ever get colds, and when I do they don't later long. But never take the gel cap they will make you stink. Also pilfer a multi vitamin every day and a vitamin C to protect your immune system. And chicken soup don't hurt any with onions and garlic surrounded by it.
