Does anyone know powerful supplements for oestroposis and r.arthiritis?

Answer: Puppysndrome is the closest. but you shouldn't cart more than 600 mg of Calcium at any given point in time because your body can't engage that much. If there's too much Calcium that your body can't use, there is more possibility that it will be redeposited somewhere else in your body (which can be a VERY doomed to failure thing and is becoming more adjectives as people are taking supplements incorrectly).
Also, 400 mg of Magnesium is collectively the recommended minimum. She was right on the rest of it, though
