Hellooo! I guess I wouldn't call it straight up anxiety. I am a faint-hearted person when it comes to conference new population, especially when they want to get to know me. I become poorly articulated and lose focus. Sometimes I will lately become a complete snob just to "concord with it" within an easier fashion. I enjoy a great interest in populace, and if I am in the right mood I can be the warmest party, and if I am not I am horrid.
It isnt just a race issue. I can't really focus...not even enough to sit down and relax. When I am contained by school, studying is a complete charge even though I love learning. I want to revise...it's just that it take me a long time to focus.
I did recently quit smoking marijuana after 6 years. It get old, and I am starting to grain more now, but not even nearly as much as I used to...but I am starting to know how to really think.

First, deep breathing can give support to calm anxiety. Find a place you
