How to business beside personal problems/stress lacking hysterical ingestion, smoking or drinking?


I'm a huge compulsive eater
I don't smoke or drink
but when I'm sad or really stressed out, I dance and eat and put away and eat. And very soon I'm fat. So what do I do when I don't know what to do roughly speaking something except eat?

meditation, that works for me.
Try exercise. Jog, amble, or ride a bike. It really works and keeps you nice and slim, too.
You can excerise, read a book, write, chat, or pray.
Turn ur glum into a positive. Go play a sport, play a game, merely something that you can release frustration with honourable effects on you.

It's a problem for me, too. Stress is other the culprit. I find it helpful to nick long, deep breaths.. Go for a amble, if possible... Drink a big chalice of water or tea. Talk to you doctor give or take a few an anti-anxiety medication, maybe even for transient use.
I have found that erudition new things have helped me combat stress. For instance right in a minute I am learning how to play guitar. It help to practice a song over and over until I know it well...subsequent thing I know the stress have disappeared.

Have you considered joining Weight Watchers or another reputable group that will support you and think through your issues. Being with other general public struggling with like peas in a pod problem can help so much. In the meantime stop hitting up on yourself and read or listen to calming music. Good luck.

I am the exact same way but what I did is I tied a gym and every time I go at hand I feel apposite because it's my time and I want to push my self more every time I see someone skinny walking around. So this is what I did I bought carrots and cucumber what I do is I crust the cucumber put lemon and sprinkle them with splenda and I start out them in the refrigator so when I silly or stressed I grab one or the other and it actullay help me because mainly what ur looking for is something to the crunches to quality like ur in fact eating something. Apples work to but within moderation
That you are asking for help is a great start! and knowing you hold a "problem" is half of the fighting.
