I own ADHD what are some well-mannered homiopathic solutions?

Answer:
Like several posters I am skeptical of the ADHD diagnosis, particularly by practitioners who will acquire a cut from expensive drugs prescribed. Homeopathy does not diagnose in this mode, we listen to the patient's own words that describe his/her experience with some pathology
I enjoy had young at heart patients who came beside the diagnosis of ADD and whose parents were not around to dose them with Ritalin. They adjectives did very ably, however, each one (of three) received different remedies.
This is because homeopathy treats the personage, not the problem. I'm sure your symptoms would be ameliorated to cure by seeing a qualified homeopath for a full consultation.
coffee, tons of it. or, you can get aderol pills from the doctor. my friend have it and thats what he does, works like a charm.

ok... I dont caution what your psychologist told you... but ADHD and ADD dont exist. You lack self-discipline, self-possession. Worst case scenario, you are simply incapable of human being productive and successful. There is no cure for a non-existant disease. ADD and ADHD is just an excuse. An excuse to classify blame for yourself on something not your fault. And its a convenient course for parents to not feel guilty as parents. And its a conventient style for psychologists to make a fast buck. Do you realize how many cases of this "disease" are contained by the USA? Compare the stats with that of other countries. As the insensitive, self-righteous, arrogant, hedonistic society that we are... zilch is ever our fault. Its other someone elses fault. If within is no one else to blame, we blame god or inheritance. People would rather not try. Studying and working tough "hurts"... unwilling people other say that. Too much crack is an excuse not to try, for some. And the inability to succeed without trying is apparently call "ADD". What you would rather do while youre not trying is what determines whether or not its "ADHD" or mere "ADD". I must make a clean breast though, having fun is a intact lot more fun than not having fun, and working is path less fun than out of order. Do you think folks that "used to have it" be cured? Or did they just "grow up?" I sometimes removal discipline too... I get destracted. But instead of ignore the problem and going to doctors, waiting for someone else to give me the motivation I need while I fall further and further down in duration... I acknowledge that I need to turn sour the damn music, hang up on my g/f, and finally crack initiate that damn book I dont want to read. I dont blame my dna or chemicals imbalances... I blame myself for my own stupidity. If ADD does exist, it is a form genetic, biochemical or neurological retardation. Tell me, are you "retarded"? What else do you beckon someone that cant learn?
The one entry I have found to be highly helpful next to someone mature enought o try and even some of the kids I own watched next to it is meditation. There are more but they involve some serious dosing regulations so I cannot put them on here. If you talk to an herbalist they can help out. good luck.
I have it when I was a kid, since 4th title. My parents were incredibly good at keeping me on a strict homework rota and made sure they told me things at least 3 times. (with ADHD you tend to hold a memory spam similar to that of a goldfish) When I was contained by 8th grade I stopped taking my pills (ritalin and afterwards concerta) because I didn't like how they made me exploit. It took away my personality. I did poorly contained by school but that be because I didn't go to class. (not ADHD related) My concluding two years of high college were at a boarding academy that didn't allow drugs or medication of any kind. academy was at darkness and everything was military-style (strict and on a schedule) I have no problems. I graduated beside high honors and have no issues sitting and concentrating.

I think it's adjectives in your mind. I be told ever since I was 4th class what ADHD was and what the symptoms are and what not. Yes, I be hyper, but isn't every kid at that age? No kid wants to sit and do boring homework, right? It be something that I was told I have so I believed it.

Now that I'm older, I imagine it's not really what people vote it is. I do believe that some kids can't concentrate as well as others. ok, fine. But nearby is too much hype behind ADD and ADHD.

some things that back.....routines, to-do lists, reminders, gentleness, and do NOT procrastinate. and excersize helps too!

I cannot find a homeopathic remedy for you right in a minute, but I would like to propose you this option instead:
Avoid: wheat, corn, milk, eggs, anything containing gluten. Also avoid soft drinks, sugar, aspartame, artificial colors and flavors, MSG, processed foods containing chemicals, peaches, plums, prunes, nectarines, grapes, raisins, cherries, currants, apples, apricots, strawberries, tomatoes, asparagus, cucumbers.
These will trigger allergic reaction that are linked to ADHD symptoms.
Include: multivitamin/mineral, magnesium, fish oil, lecithin (soy will supply this), vitamin C, probiotics. These supplements can be found in form food stores.

If you can meet near a holistic/natural nutritionist, see about an closure diet to weed out any foods you react to. Get tested for allergies, and tested for organize and mercury toxicity if you can as well.

ADHD is a adjectives disorder that is recurrently misunderstood and mistreated. Drugging patients up on Ritalin does not make the condition shift away, and has gloomy side effects. The dietary outline above should help to bring back the condition under control. It's probably fairly a lifestyle change, but one for the better. Good for you for trying something personal and safer!
Poor garfieldswingssquishy has issues. Yes ADHD is unadulterated. It has be proven to be a shortage of neurochemicals in the brain. I'm sorry that not a soul has presented any homiopathic solutions on the other hand. Diet supplements like Sawyer suggested are incredibly helpful. It is crucial to feed our brains the building blocks that it requests to make the neurochemicals that we are short on. It is also dutiful to take supplements that ignite the production of the neurochemicals. Unfortunately, we don't get adjectives of them from the foods we eat respectively day. Focus Factor (pills) is another expensive autograph brand that provides these. Many drug store chains carry similar products (often naming Focus Factor) that do not cost $60 a bottle. If their cost is too giant, you can try checking out the ingredients (see the link Sawyer provided above) and buy them seperately. Or start by supplementing your multiple vitamins beside some B complex. Phosophotidlecoline is supposed to be pretty good too.
I own little regard for the ADHD diagnosis.

I would suggest you do some of the research I enjoy.

There are lots of things you could do to train the mind.

1. Concentration exercizes such as memorizing poetry, facts about something you are interested surrounded by, counting backward from 500 to 0 by threes (500, 497, 494, 491, 488, etc.

2. Begin a meditation practise. I practise zen in the order of 6 days a week.
