Drowsy!! I enjoy a susceptibility to tip out asleep within class. Is here anything I can do to prevent this..OTC meds..etc?


If not OTC.. any energy pills ..coffee is a dutiful supplement but i am looking for something different. THANKS!!!

try going to sleep earlier
One simple solution that have helped me within class is to put a rubber band around your wrist. Every time you consistency drowsy, snap it hard satisfactory to wake you up.
Work out more and burn calories. I did that exact i used to fall asleep surrounded by class and i started to work out and it has worked eva since. Try it and mayb own a lil snack b4 the class that u fall asleep contained by the most and u may b falling behind within.
Try getting to sleep earlier at hours of darkness by drinking Chamomile Tea, and firing up lavender candles or incense. Warm milk and a warm tub may also help--as should meditation.

For energy to stay awake contained by class, you can eat a candy railing, a Balance bar, or drink any of the punch drinks (there are so many to choose from).
Drink Red Bull, a few. Also, hold you tried that new spirit gum, it really works!
eat a correct breakfast to start out your day.
I use to use Nodoz. They preserve you awake for sure. Don't take to plentiful though you'll get the shakes.
You could return with more sleep the night back, a healthier larger breakfast, and self dicipline?
From an alternative medication point of view I would own to ask many question. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you on medication? Are you falling asleep surrounded by just one class or adjectives classes? Are you eating perched meals? Are you hypoglycemic? Do you consume sugar or other sweet additives contained by food like corn syrup? All these things will build you drowsy. The coffee cycle will actually get you drowsy too. The caffeine is addictive and will cause you to get hold of sleepy after the effect drops off.
If you are looking for a swift fix and not a healthy solution, consequently there are a couple of things that could oblige. Oil of Peppermint on the back of the collar makes your body quality cooler, so it is a bit more difficult to get drowzy. Good for hot days, too! Coffee is too short lived, and you'll be sleepy and own to pee...more problems! If you eat something (seriously) you'll consistency more awake. Especially an energy handrail. Me too! I got tired of falling asleep oodles times and not being competent to concentrate. You can use NoDoz, but try to take lone a 1/2 tablet when you need it. It is not obedient for you, neither is Red Bull for that matter. But it does work, also, you can drink Water Joe, it is caffeinated dampen.
