Lavender sleep?
Hi! I have a upright bunch of big lavender plants at home and was wondering if any one could transmit me how I could make and use the exstracted oil for sleeping. Any and all information is much aprecaited. Thank you.

You can buy lavendar essential grease cheaply from many stores - form food, chemists and some hardware stores. It takes an awful lot of lavendar to put together even a small amount of essential oil.
Plus if you do cut lavendar from the plant and dangle this for any length of time then most of the essential oil will evaporate as they are very volatile.
What you could do near them is make lavendar stacks using some thin linen or cotton or mesh textile and use these in your drawers and wardrobe (closet) to clear clothes smell nice, and under your pillow to aid restful sleep. Or in recent times put in an old-fashioned pillow case and dangle amongst the clothes in the wardrobe (closet).

I would meditate just have the scented plants surrounded by your room would be helpful to your sleep.
To label your own essential oil involves a distillation procedure. I recomend going to your nearest condition food store and buying a Lavender EO you like.
You could breed sachets next to the plants you already have. Once made you can hold them with your verbs linens or under your pillow at darkness. The scented pillowcase will work other.
I like to hold a bath formerly bed with 6 drops or so of Lavender and Clary Save EOs. I soak for 20 mins and afterwards I sleep wonderfully! Of course, make sure you're not allergic and will enjoy no drug interactions before you start to use EOs.
i doubt intensely much that you could extract the oils yourself. it take hundreds of pounds of plant pressed and steamed under monstrous pressure to yield a signifigent amount of grease. buy it in the robustness food store it is not expensive
