What will give a hand me sleep during the afternoon in need taking any sleeping pills?
I work nights. Not getting appropriate solid rest during the day. I wear a blanket to block out the light.

Me too!! QUIET help of course...If this is not on, a sound tool works for me...you know, waves, precipitation, whatever. And, I hold blinds that block the light completely, you may want to invest contained by some! It's hard for me to sleep near that thing on my obverse!
Herbal tea usually does it. "Sleepytime Tea" from Celestial Seasonings or "Sweet Dreams" from Bigelow are essentially the same product, but not comparatively. I've been using them when needed for almost 20 years very soon, and they haven't failed me on the other hand.
You have to get the room completely dark resembling it is night time.

Melatonin works great. Wearing the mask to block the oil lamp is also good. I have to take 3mg a daytime for almost a month before it worked for me. Some ancestors it works on as soon as they start taking it
