If you are seeking an alternative to stress in your enthusiasm, perhaps restructuring your life span in a passageway that elminates stress, and those who cause it would be most beneficial to your mental robustness. Also a glass of red wine a time will help relax and provide nessasary antioxidants that rejuvinate your body. But i.e. ONE glass. Two is pushing you to verbs your liver. All in moderation.
