What Chinese herb should a heart attack forgiving avoid?
I am going to visit my friends this Sunday for a unpaid Chinese New Years Celebration. I want to bring a herbal chicken stew with me, but my friend's husband have a mild heart condition. What herbs should I avoid when making the stew?

Answer: Since nobody have asked, I'll toss in my 2 cents.
There are a few herbs that might want to be avoided for assorted heart conditions. But I think the easiest passageway to find out would be to call your friend and relate them the herbs that would as a rule go into that stew, after ask if any of those should be avoided for him.
