Good herbal or botanical book?

I am looking for a book that has descriptions and pictures of plants that are toothsome and herbal remedies for identifying them surrounded by the wild, harvest, methods of ingestion, growing, etc.

Any suggestions?

Answer:    The PDR for Herbal Medicines is a great one. check it here. http://www.amazon.com/Herbal-Medicines-P...
the complete book of herbs & spices by lesley bremness & jill norman it is a fairly big and heavy book but it have everything from how to prepare and make concoctions different pictures of (if i remember rightly)all the herb and spices and an A-Z of herbal remedies the basic book everyone should hold is Back to Eden by Jethro Kloss and any of those DK book series.
The Peterson Field Guide to Medicinal Plants and Herbs. Great description on the plants, usage and prep as well as really polite color photos. Deni Bown "Encyclopedia of herbs and their uses".
