i'm fifteen years old, and i hold bow legs. i'm very self-conscious roughly it, and i'm wondering if there's ANYTHING i can do to correct it.
surgically, is fine, but is there anything that doesn't involve going beneath the knife?
Answer:
swimming and yoga might comfort you, you can also visit a psychotherapist to see if he can help you. One of my children have bow legs, and i corrected it through massage and dream therapy, but he was 5 at the time, so possibly a physical therapist can give a hand you.
Sorry hon, bowed legs are a bone issue. You can learn to way of walking so it's less traceable but it can cause hip and spinal column pain so it's not much serve.
Go to a chiropracter! But make shure they do the "Palmer method" its a method when they singular adjust the neck, and the opinion is that if the neck is aligned the rest of the put money on will align itself. Look it up. go to google or something and type "Palmer method chiropractic" and read up. It truly works, even on your hips and legs. Someone I know, her leg is approaching turned so her foot is like sideways for a while. The chiropracter honestly heplet it.
Good Luck, hope you find something that works for you.
