Are here any foods to avoid ingestion if you enjoy migraines?
I've suffered from migraines for years.I was put on adjectives these different kinds of meds and preventive meds and they help for some time but not long.I am on birth control but no way i can capture off because i own endo.But i know there are foods to avoid i merely can't remember.Any help I would love.Thanks
