Chasteberry : 225 mg a hours of daylight. Also called vitex. Choose a product standardized to contain 0.5% agnuside. Take when not menstruating.

All soy products enjoy natural estrogen. Soy milk, tofu, etc.

Also, the soy supplements approaching Estroven are good.

Black Cohosh have long been used to comfort with hot flashes as okay.

I use soy milk with my cereal, pocket estroven and black cohosh and have never have to take anything else contained by 5 years.
