used to be cod liver grease in the outmoded days, basically adjectives fish oil sold today is from any salmon or cod, and it doesn't make any difference which fish you go and get it from, it all works equal way. It's purely nice now that you can pocket it in medication form instead of having to drink the gooey which was pretty unlikeable.

Omega 3 is the oil that have been proved to be beneficial, large quantities can be found contained by oily fish resembling makerel, sardines and salmon. if you can't be bothered cooking fish then you can buy cod liver grease capsules from the shops, or, if you're really brave, you can still gain it in soft form and have a teaspoon of it respectively day. I would strongly support against this metho though because it tastes really revolting.

omega 3 fish grease is good for your brain..
Cod liver grease is very angelic, but there is the risk of contaminants from the pollution within the seas, so one which have been 'cleaned' is preferable. I've done lots of reading on this topic and the one I regard has the unbeatable level of epa/dha and lowest rank of mercury is shown at the link below. Of course fresh fish is just right but some people don't approaching it and because of the pollution the government recommend a limit on how much is eat (see other link)

Fish oils own omega 3 & 6..
but if you want the vegetarain version, Flaxeed grease has omega 3, 6 & Hemp grease capsules enjoy omega 3,6 & 9 (available from health shops)
it's call omega 3 or (cod liver oil)...it comes from fish like salmon..tuna..sardines...pilch... etc.i swear by them..i pocket 1 capsule every hours of daylight along with my garlic tablet...garlic is for the heart...omega 3 is for the joints.try them...you'll see the difference...i could not dance a day short my omega 3.they are very correct for you.
Be careful when buying a fish grease. This brand, from what I know makes the purest fish oil.
