i use site called "stumbleupon" and it take you to random sites near your specifications. It took me to a site that sold cannabis seeds and i thought that be really strange. The seller said it ships worldwide and does not own a disclaimer for anything that might happen during shipping. Is'nt it unlawful to do that? and cant the package be discovered when anyone processed through mailing stations? i found it really strange that a site like that even exists and, since they give the impression of being to be doing well, in actual fact works?

it is just illegal within certain countries. In countries that possessing and selling cannabis is decriminalized, then it is without a flaw fine to run a site that sells cannabis seed. It is not up to the company to determine whether or not the person order is from a county where it is considered unofficial. It is up to the person establish the product to research their own local laws and determine the authenticity. The company normally have disclaimers explaining this fact. It is solely illegal to possess off the record things inside a country the deems it to be forbidden, hence smoking weed in Amsterdam is immaculately fine. No order it. It's ok. Just don't use your material name or street address. I think you would own to identify if there is in reality THC in the nut. Because the THC is whats illegal, not the nut itself.
Sort of like, you can put on the market orange seed and you're not selling oranges, but they'll produce oranges. But i don't know enough in the region of the make up of the seed to know if THC is IN the seed as a result making it illegal.
I live surrounded by california though and its legal surrounded by my state if you have a medical card. My neighbor have one and he's allowed to grow plants in his rear yard.

its probably base in the U.K. i saw a place within the uk that is close to a resteraunt and you can choose whatever weed you want to smoke and they'll serve it to you. If the site is within Canada or the Netherlands its not illegal. Its court to sell marijuana seed in Canada..though it is harder and harder due to US pressure. If you live within the States I think its bent to even talk around it!
