Answer:    Have you ever suffered with fund pain?

Yes.

What treatment did you receive?

Well the doctor told me I would be on big doses of drugs for the rest of my life and/or surrounded by a wheelchair by the time I was 30 years out-of-date (now 38).

So I disregard his advice and go the alternative route instead.

Did you have any side effects?

From the doctors drug – yes.

From alternative tablets – no.

Did you have acupuncture?

Yes and Bowen and Deep Tissue Massage.

Was this offered on the NHS or compensated for privately?

Paid for privately.

Did it work?

Yes.

Did you have any side effects?

No.

Which of the treatments you received, did you find most effectual?

Combination.

The acupuncture and bowen were four to six sessions respectively but not had these since 2001.

Now I maintain up maintenance beside a fortnightly deep tissue rub.

No drugs.

The sex be the best and most effective..my stern pain cleared right after. Apparently it have to do with some sort of chemical released while have sex.

hi, i hav had problems near my back since i be 19. lower lumbar disc problems. had epidural twinge relief, but it single lasted a few hours. in a minute have probs beside upper back and my distress relief does not bring back rid of pain. co-codamol 30/500. lots of rest is my best treatment. physio does not assistance. i also have undiagnosed misery in nouns. all on n.h.s. still looking for a better treatment. 1. I broke my wager on when I was 14! at C2 and C3
