Possibly Valerian Root but if you are extremely anxious perhaps you should see a therapist--not to acquire meds necessarily but to just confer things out. Try a LCSW or a psychologist, I believe only a psychiatrist can write Rx's.
Try journaling and mediatation such as docile yoga.
