Sounds b*llocks mate. They are just insulated to generate you sweat more. bviously, sweating is good for cleansing the body, but it have no effect on weight loss or fitness! None at adjectives. Don't aste your money on this rubbish. Plus, if you're covered surrounded by sweat, you'll be uncomfortable, so you won't work out as intricate.
This is not a new concept. This same idea resurfaces every ten years or so near ever new designs or materials the vests, or pant, or body suits, or whatever are made out of. You could grasp the same effect purely wrapping some body part surrounded by plastic of any kind. The effect is intervening and no more effective than working up a sweat lacking the "aid"...just another con trying to draw from your money.

Well i enjoy been training near Amateur and Professional boxers for over 10 years and we have at some point wore black plastic bin heaps to help rid excess hose and to trim our bodies. We have found that this cleanses the body and also increases the body warmth to 43 degrees which consequently turns body fat hose down soluble to help sweat it out.
I enjoy also tried the Sweatz vests which i find alot more effective and also the matter used carries no toxins resembling bin bags do which help rid the body of bad toxins.
Black bin pouch will be just as polite and a lot cheaper !
