Which is the best herb for alertness and concentration?
I`m trying to avoid caffeine. So basically I want that cup of coffee outlook without the coffee.

I cut back on caffeine next to yerba mate - not as much caffeine in this beverage so it seem as the jitteryness and short attention span don't seem to be an issue as near coffee. (some information states that it is not "caffeine" but "mateine" in yerba mate, but in that is controversy about the source of these claims). It's a nice beverage for alertness! Guayaki make a nice variety of brew.
I also similar to Acai, a type of Brazilian palm berry, for energy and focus. Sambazon make a nice frozen pulp available- nice mixed in near chopped Bananas and granola or in a smoothie. Many other products out nearby now beside Acai in different forms (dried contained by vitamin supplements, ready to drink beverages) but this one is so righteous for energy and mouth-watering for breakfast that it is my favorite. Be aware that Guarana is mixed in beside one of the varieties they be paid in casing you would rather avoid it - it can fashion some people a bit anxious or jittery.
