Waking up in the middle of the darkness, or "early morning awakenings" as they ring it ,is one of the symptoms of depression. Perhaps there are mood you are having that you aren't allowing yourself to address during daytime hours?
Process these feelings/worries/concerns. Journaling, crying, chitchat with friends, and finding a spiritual practice that you do during daytime hours(doing it contained by the middle of the night might be too stimulating) hold all be helpful contained by my experience. Professional help from a consultant was also switch.
Good luck! Remember to keep reaching out resembling you are doing, and not stay isolated, because insomnia feeds on that reaction of being isolated and that "nobody understand what I am going through".
well, u can clutch one cup of mild heated milk before sleeping
check ur diet if u taking too much unwanted items food.
+ do u take sleep contained by middle of day as in good health, if yes, then stop doing that
+ r u experiencing any tension/ stress or overworked etc. if yes, release it by excersice etc
My mom as alike problem. She just purchased a white tumult alarm clock. She's really liking it. She sets it on the sounds the she finds most relaxing (rain) and put the volume really low. She still wake up in the middle of the darkness, but she finds that she goes right vertebrae to sleep. No need to win up and read or anything. She bought the alarm clock for $20 I think.

I own the same problem. I use different methods to bring back to sleep. Getting up and watching TV for a while until I take sleepy. Reading, after a few pages I quality sleepy. Sometimes I concentrate on a movie or TV show that I enjoyed. Thinking of first name from A to Z sometimes works, start with Alice and by the time I get hold of to Zachary I fall wager on to sleep. When all else fail I stay up all darkness.
Good luck!
Hi,
There are many reason that could explain why you are suffering from insomnia. It could be because you are not following your natural circadian rhythm (i.e., you are not sleeping when your body requires sleep and you sleep when your body wishes to be awake). If you work night shifts or thieve afternoon naps, it will affect your circadian rhythm. Try to follow the crude cycle. Wake up early and be in motion to bed early. Try not to snooze.
If this isn't your case, after perhaps your insomnia is due to desperate timing in your comings and goings. For example, if you drink alcohol before going to bed, it will probably help out you fall asleep faster, but your sleep characteristic will decrease. You won't sleep reverberatingly and you will wake up within the middle of the night.

I recommend that you do not keep under surveillance TV for about 1 hour in the past going to bed. Read a book, take a tub or do another activity that relaxes you. Go you bed untimely enough so that your body can carry about 8 hours of sleep.
If you are worried and wake up up half instrument through the night because of your worries, you may want to write down your worries surrounded by a notebook before going to bed, that approach, you know you won't forget about them the following afternoon, but you can temporarily let budge.
You can also make sure to maintain your bedroom dark and at a cool, all the same comfortable temperature.
If adjectives fails, maybe it's time for a new mattress or you may suffer from a medical condition.

cured. I found the information at

Do not forced your self to sleep again, because the more you tried to forced to sleep the more it harder for you to sleep. The best thing you do, try to isolated your mind and then relax. O try to drink something thaw like milk. And later having a foot reflex regularly will facilitate you to overcome your insomia problem. And exersize regularly.
You could put a book that you love by your bed and read it and you should drift off sooner than 90 minutes.that isn't physical!! fast but better than mortal up all dark. Go ahead and stay up real late(til 5 or 6 a.m. purposeful. Get up as usual and you should sleep real ably for 10 days to come. Make things scented beside lavendar somehow(detergent, air freshner, cologne)-everywhere lately say this scent lulls you to sleep,I think it help some.Make sure that you love the book so it doesn"t add to already mortal tense.
