Go to a health food store, a supermarket or farmer's open market and you will see how many kind of tea there are on the marketplace. Each one is for something different and mostly they are just for drinking pleasure. Some will relief you lose weight or relax you to travel to sleep but mostly they are just beverages.
There are copious different types of tea, but they tend to have several of the same properties:
- They are full of anti-oxidents, which is a unconscious chemical that slows down signs of aging such as the losening of the skin etc. These anti-oxidents are also known to facilitate reduce the risk of cancer honourably substantially.
- Tea has another chemical surrounded by it (cant remember the name) which has be found by scientists recently to stimulate the gland within the body which secretes the hormone cause relaxation and sleep. It has be shown to reduce stiffness in muscles etc.
- Chinese Green Tea is rumoured to enjoy weight loss properties. Apparently, by drinking one cup of it per afternoon, you stand to lose 250gms (1/2Lb) per month. This has not be proven.
