Can tea be used as a automatic remedy?

I have be wondering if green tea can be used to treat some common illnesses. I am looking for some practical answer, what you hold personally tried. So, please narrate me if you noticed some positive effects when drinking green tea!

Answer:
I've be a lifelong tea drinker. And I'm sure there are benefits to it. However, because I've other been a tea drinker, I can't say aloud I know what my life would hold been similar to without it. I've other been impressively healthy.

From a proven standpoint, there own been copious studies that say green tea provides antioxidant protection beneficial to the functioning of several of the body's systems. However, the jury is still out on just what compounds surrounded by tea actually cause the beneficial effects. an article this week from the Associated Press noted that science now believes some of the effects we have attributed to caffeine, such as the clarity of mind, may actually come from other compound in coffee and tea. The confusion stems from the fact the the copious compounds have not be isolated in studies thus far.

Lately I've started using supplements of OPC, more powerful antioxidants than those available surrounded by green tea. See the site below for more info. Look under "Antioxidants" and click on the blue "i" (for information) whenever you see it displayed subsequent to a product.
Tea is more of a preventative than a curative. Mormon scriptures state that Tea can be used for some illnesses long before we know the quantifiable reasons that Tea be healthy.
Today, medical research in both Asia and the west is providing firm evidence for the health benefits long associated beside drinking green tea. For example, in 1994 the Journal of the National Cancer Institute published the results of an epidemiological study indicating that drinking green tea reduced the risk of esophageal cancer contained by Chinese men and women by nearly sixty percent. University of Purdue researchers recently concluded that a compound contained by green tea inhibits the growth of cancer cells. There is also research indicating that drinking green tea lowers total cholesterol level, as well as doing very well the ratio of good (HDL) cholesterol to unpromising (LDL) cholesterol.

To sum up, here are just a few medical conditions within which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful:

cancer
rheumatoid arthritis
big cholesterol levels
cariovascular disease
infection
impair immune function

Personnaly, I use green tea to relax and to help my immune system. I haven't gotten sick within god knows how long. So I guess it works! :)

Your initial cross-question did not stipulate green tea but simply stated tea.

Although there is much decriminalized debate regarding the use of the word tea, in that are many raw occurring "products" infused in sea and commonly referred to as teas, that are widely accepted for their remedial benefits.

Without knowing your specific medical requirements try searching the web for , Gumbi Leaf tea, Roibos tea and Essaic tea, as a starting point.
Tea is another name for herbal infusion. Their are heaps types that treat different ailments. An absolute yes.
Green Tea from the grocery store isn't potent plenty for real effects. I would buy straight from an herbal shop.
I own 2 cups a day, seeing I own been told not to drink any more than that, and it is fantastic for bloating. If I guzzle bread or pasta, or am getting my period, I attain incredibly bloated, and, dare I say it, gassy, and green tea help. Admittedly green tea is revolting on its own, but I buy a kind that have a bit of mandarin in it, its really nice to drink!
