Does anyone hold a home remedy for athlete's foot? I've tried the creams & their out of order.?





Answer:    Dab a liberal amount of Listerine (I use the original gold ingots coloured one) on your feet using a cotton wipe several times a day.

Another piece that works well is Tea Tree Oil and you bring back that at a health food store or pharmacy.

Another to some extent strange thing that works is Tilex Mould and Mildew Remover. Spray it on your foot, leave on for 3 mins and rinse all right. Twice a day for 2 days and it should be gone! By the method, it does say on the bottle "Kills Athletes Foot Fungus"
Here are a bunch of home remedies. I similar to the vinegar ones best.

Alcohol, rubbing Diluted rubbing alcohol can be dabbed on the artificial area next to cotton balls and allowed to dry.

Aloe vera Apply aloe vera gel twice each day.

Apple cider vinegar Soak your feet surrounded by a 50/50 mixture of apple cider vinegar and water for ten minutes each day up to ten days or until symptoms disappear. This will relieve the itching and peeling of athlete's foot.

o Soak a cotton bubble in vinegar, coat the fungus and agree to dry. Apple cider vinegar has antifungal properties.

Baking soda Soak the foot in a solution of baking soda and sea for about 30 minutes day after day. This will change the pH of the skin. Also sprinkle baking soda on the foot and in your shoes and socks. It will soak up some of the perspiration and support neutralize the skin at the same time.

Bleach Make a solution of two tablespoons up to partially a cup of laundry bleach to a gallon of warm sea and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes twice a light of day. This should clear up athlete's foot in a week or ten days.

Boric bitter Wash the feet surrounded by a mild solution of boric acid.

Chaparral An forceful herbal remedy uses chaparral. Mix six tablespoons of dried chaparral to one quart of boiling cheap whiskey or wine; reduce and simmer for 20 minutes; remove and steep for 8 hours. DO NOT use aluminum cookware! Soak your foot in this solution.

Cinnamon Another kitchen medicinal remedy uses cinnamon. Bring 4 cups of hose down to a boil, add 8-10 broken sticks of cinnamon, moderate heat to low and simmer for five minutes; remove and steep, covered, for 45 minutes. Use as a foot tub. Cinnamon effectively combats both yeast and fungal infections.

DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) This is the most effective fungicide for athlete's foot. Use twice day after day at half strength or stronger.

Garlic One method is to rub a clove of unprepared garlic on the fungus. A second method is to put some freshly crushed garlic on the affected nouns and leave it on for partially an hour; wash beside water. Do this once a morning for a week and the athlete's foot should be gone. If the garlic burns, remove, wash beside water and try again next to diluted garlic juice. You may own to play around with this remedy to catch the potency that is right for you. Garlic is an excellent antibiotic, and studies own shown that its compounds can kill the fungus that cause athlete's foot.

Grapefruit core extract This extract is a powerful all-around antimicrobial product and is an excellent disinfectant. Make a solution of 100 drops in two ounces of dampen and apply to the affected areas near a cotton ball two or three times a hours of daylight.

Honey Raw honey rubbed on the infected areas before bedtime and departed overnight has also be found to be effective. Cover the foot with an outdated sock.

Jewelweed Rub juice from this plant, also certain as impatiens or touch-me-not, on the infected area.
