Did not sleep concluding dark?
I was too congested from my cold (I still am). What can I run or do to make myself sleep better? I own been taking Tylenol darkness tablets for my cold but they don't really have an effect on me eexcept for the dizzy sensation.

Nyquil.Its made for getting sleep when you have a cold.Stay away from caffiene and cold remedies that contain eufedrine.
Well as long as you don't hold any blood pressure or prostate problems. Sudafed that will relieve your head pressure and post-nasal drip. As for sleep, the Tylenol pm is ok or plain Benadryl cart 2 about 30 min in the past bed. But watch out the sudafed can mete out troubles sleeping so avoid taking it later that 4 hr prior to bed.
