Acupuncture, is it...?
good for depression and stress?
Answer:
Accupuncture is the use of needles to stimulate or block the flow of ch'i within the meridians.
Accupuncture is very angelic for lots of maladys. I remember once on 60 minutes back around 20 years ago; there be an accupuncturist who used accupuncture in New York to help out people pulsation the addiction to Herioin.
People get depressed because of the need of ch'i flowing in their body. so yes accupuncture will give support to depression. If you exercize; this will also stimulate the flow of ch'i, and lift your mood.
I enjoy been going to acupuncture since finishing August. It has decrease my anxiety levels profusely. I am going for headaches <25years worth> and fibromyalgia. It have given me more strength and less strain.
If you go, build sure it's a licensed practitioner. Make sure they are "5 Element" practitioners. Look up practitioners in your local sickly pages and later look them up online, unless you have friends who enjoy been.
If ypur problems are mild afterwards it will help you.Otherwise I would suggest a psychologist
What is correct for depression and stress is something to the effect of just reducing your stress similar to your work load, etc. Acupuncture have NEVER been proven to cure anything at adjectives by the FDA, the only general public that authorize it's use are oddball Chinese doctors, who know what else they teach over in attendance?
