Anyone know the best path to verbs out your colon?
I am not constipated or anything but you hear about adjectives the negatives of your GI tract self blocked up and I want to take something to be precise cheap and easy and will verbs me out. I don't want to use ex-lax unless someone says its the best, Thanks.

That is all a nouns of rubbish. You do NOT build up gunk in your GI tract. That is a complete MYTH, made up by the citizens who want to sell you something to "fix" it. Your colon cleans itself and does NOT involve any help. Don't listen to the bullsh!tters who would let somebody know you otherwise.

A good opening is to eat close to 3 bowls of raisen bran cereal. It will flush you out. Also you can go to GNC and buy the "colon cleanser" they own. Its pure fiber. Make sure once you do this to also take acidopholis to repopulate your intestines beside friendly bacteria.
