She's 56% burn, she now have an Amish man coming in and placing burdock leaves on her burns. Is that officially recognized and are they out of their minds?

Well....burdock leaves are known to homeopathic medication users as a treatment for skin conditions of all kind including burns. I find this shocking though that the unit allows this. If the leaves are contaminated within any way she can attain an infection. (animal feces or urine? insecticides?) besides, burns have to treat on their own, basicly. there is with the sole purpose so much they can do and they have probably done it. presently they are just making sure nearby are no complications, like infections or gangrene.
