Is here an alternative to me taking pills and adjectives?


I see myself as a beautiful character and really do not want to disfigure myself with scar left by adjectives . I also do not want to ruin my liver with pills . I want help really unpromising right now but am afraid of one institutionalized . For the time being I am going to step down to one of the places I find most soothing -Starbucks and sit there for an hour or two . . . This will just be of temporary nouns though.

I suggest psychoanalysis. It doesn't have to be a rehab program or anything (although that could be an route also) being surrounded by therapy doesn't indicate your isolated and alone, therapists will do anything to capture you better and get you fear better about yourself. I have a friend who was anorexic and she found psychiatric help to be a life depositor. I suggest talking to your parents or someone you trust and they can backing you find the right place to go. It'll be really complicated at first, talking to someone you don't know and admit your problems, but in the long run it will free your life. Yes...ask yourself is this solving anything surrounded by my life. Why am I sad/depressed. Make a detail of things in your life span that you need to grain numb from. Then ask your self.In the grand cook up of things...the big picture...is this really worth getting this upset about. Do something positive that surrounded by the big picture will make a difference. Impact someones life span. I find that even the smallest things impact everyones life. Go bring a neighbor a home cooked teatime. I do that when I feel dismayed and my neighbors love it. That makes me discern good in the order of myself. talk to someone, be it a psychoanalyst or a close friend or family bough. or a diary/journal.

listening to music (mostly really loud rock...) tend to help some too... only just not blue october... that generally a short time ago makes it worse.
Your not going to be institutionalized, but you will be asked to steal responsibility to follow through with what the doctor asks you to do or they will drop you as a forgiving and then where on earth would you be?

If you are "ruining your liver" I assume you are taking strain pills? Why? Your problems are psychological, and you need to be taking anti-depressants, not distress medicine!
Best luck. I really don't take cutting - later again I don't understand infantile girls starving themselves literally to passing either. I can't envision what there is to be heartbreaking about when you're immature and beautiful and enjoy your whole natural life ahead of you. There are hundreds of thousands of people combat for their lives from serious illnesses right now, who would furnish anything to have sooner or later longer to be with their family and children. Please appreciate the life you enjoy - it is a blessing of God to be savoured and cherished, not thrown away because some boy band broke up (sorry). Best luck, David.
