Has Acupuncture....?

worked for you? If so, how?

Please tell me around personal experiences.

Thanks.

Answer:
Although acupuncture is used to treat a wide band of conditions in China, one of the crucial strengths in acupuncture (in the eyes of Western medical MD's) is that of strain. There are studies and research that show the efficacy of acupuncture in treating and alleviating aching, so it would definitely be worth looking into (if this is the defence with you). Whether if you want to speak to an M.D, or an acupunturist, or both roughly your condition, is of course, up to you.

Having grown up surrounded by a family of acupuncturists, I would recommend that you first seize in contact next to an acupuncturist who is properly licensed in your state. Keep contained by mind that a license is just a license, and does not speak much almost their expertise and treatment effectiveness. Go to a more established, long-time acupuncturist, who have a solid reputation, and talk to him/her more or less your condition. If for any reason you touch uncomfortable next to your acupuncturist, you can find another one. If you can also get referral from trusted friends/relatives/family members, that would also be a +.

Performed correctly, you will just about feel the plunger being inserted into you, aside from a slight tiny (miniscule) point. You may also grain a slight tingling sensation or a calm, relaxing sensation (which is a positive indicator of the treatment) during the treatment session.

My experience:

For paucity of a better word, I believed that acupuncture was only just pure superstitious, hocus pocus, quack medicine. I would enjoy felt low and feel that it was beneath my dignity to enjoy needles poking out of my body. But a severe - and let me reiterate - a severe ankle sprain changed adjectives that.

I forced myself to visit an acupuncturist because the distress this time (I had previous sprains) be extremely unendurable (sleepless nights, asymmetrical gait). After the acupuncture treatment, I went home, and slept for 4 hours.

I get up to use the restroom, being vigilant that I didn't place all the counterbalance on the left foot. As soon as I walk, I felt that the strain in my disappeared foot was completely gone! Granted, in attendance was a moment or two pain, but the difference be so dramatic that I stood there completely SHOCKED. As the days passed by, the niggle subsided, and healed much faster as defiant when I stubbornly waited out on the throbbing.

This of course is my experience near acupuncture, and so far, it has be a positive one.

Hope this helps

Suffered beside severe sinus headaches, accupuncture provided short residence relief but its effects just lasted a daytime or so...
You can go to my answers and read just about it. I believe it is in question about fibriod tumors. It is beneficial for condition and has perfect results. 5,000 years of practicing acupuncture says plentifully compared to 100 years of western medicine that treat the symptom and not the basis. Acupuncture goes right to the source of your problem.

It is other my first course of action for any problems or ailments. Acupuncturists restore the vigour balance surrounded by your body so your body can function the way it is suppose to. Their brief for centuries is to keep their patients in good health, not wait for them to come within half late and want help. The sooner you are treated, the more successful your treatments will be. If you loaf, more energy get out of whack, which takes longer to reorganize surrounded by your body.

It is not painful (I'm a sissy when it comes to needles and I would a bit have 1,000 acupuncture treatments than one shot), it is non invasive, and it is largely not expensive.

You will be pleased with the results and within are no other side effects but better bodily function.
Yes.

I am currently using both acupuncture and Chinese herbs to control and prevent the full beginning of diabetes.

So far my regular MD has found no trace of the disease contained by my bloodwork.
I'll repeat my earlier answer for the other questioner.

After suffering for months near a bad vertebrae and not having any solution from my GP I have acupuncture. Within minutes my back be better and stayed better for some time (months). I do have a chronic put money on problem which my GP has never help me with apart from giving me ibobrufen for stomach-ache. At least acupuncture is relatively non invasive and have no side effects.
