Which organic herbs/supplements relieve mental well-being?
I am a strong believer in naturopathic practices, and have need of some advice beside what can help me to stop passion so mentally down all (most) of the time, as ably as help my motivation from becoming non-existent.

The best point is a balanced go: a healthy diet free of sugars and simple carbs, protein beside each feast, healthy fat, complex carbs. Moderate exercise, enough sleep. Avoiding processed/junk foods.
Chamomile, kava and valerian are tranquillizing herbs.
DHEA is a hormone and should be used beside caution, as it could effect a hormone imbalance.
A moral mix of supplements like omega oil, B vitamins, calcium and magnesium, vitamin c, etc. will be helpful.
I hold found DHEA very willing indeed. The is a book titled "The Stress Cure". Written by a doctor. You may want to look it up and read it.

Also try taking B-12 supplements. Regular exercise is good. Try running and yoga.
