What can I do to get smaller amount sleep yet still perceive as though i got a full night's rest?

Not much. You can fool your body for a while and nouns up on caffeine or other chemicals, but sooner or later, your body will emergency its sleep allotment. If you're talking more or less a long-term regime, check on just how much sleep you are currently getting. Some society don't actually stipulation 8 hours, others need 10. It simply depends on your body, your metabolism, and your rate of recovery.
