What is a polite and brisk sleep aid?
If I wanted to procure to sleep fast and knotty, what would be the best over the counter one to use? I don't care just about side effects. And about how long does it pinch?

I wouild take melatonin (take 1/2 hour until that time you want to sleep)..it is safe..
also smelling the essential grease lavendar puts me right to sleep..get at the robustness food stor eand don't use synthetic but real. Put some on your pillow or sheet or tissue and breathe boomingly..espeically good if you are stressed out and can't sleep from worrying or shut sour your thoughts.
stairmaster for 30 minutes. If that doesn't make you tired consequently you're hopeless!

Tylenol pm works really well.
Tylenol P.M.s are, within my opinion, the best. If you hold never taken them before, lug 1. Take two only if you can button it. I had to stop for a while because I get to the point where 4 have no effect on me. DON'T get to that point. Lol. Two should honestly knock you out.
If you are looking for a pure solution, Melatonin can be found in the robustness medicine cubicle. Like... vitamins. If not, ask a pharmacist to help find it. It's pretty cheap and have the right substances to make you in reality have clean sleep instead of things like Tylenol P.M.
I own problems with insomnia so I know profoundly about different sleep aids. Trazadone is a really fatty sleeper, but I have a desperate sinus reaction to it.
There are other option if you just speak about your doctor that you're having problems sleeping, ask him for Ambien. Ambien is the best entity you can get beside a prescription. That's my opinion.

I can't go to sleep readily myself, so I take 2 Tylonol P.M.'s at bedtime, that usually knock me out and I've been taking them for 4 months, however they can catch addicting, so take them when you entail sleep.
