Are these toxins showed up in a fecal concern test? I can't enunciate that I have gotten sick from the bottle. But the marine distibutors do encourage race not to re-use those disposable bottles for this reason.
BTW, you should be aware that abundantly of bottled water companies hold much lower quality standards than the standards used for your touch water (lack of regulations within this corner of the market.) Bottled dampen that goes across state lines hold the worst (virtually no) standards. The big companies (Alhambra, etc.) are probably okay.

I read some time ago that you should not freeze plastic bottles of sea in the freezer as the freezing make changes contained by the plastic which are not healthy.
i haven't get sick from any bottled water that i hold drank so far. :)
My sister had to start using reverse osmosis marine and storing it in stainless steel thermoses fairly than plastic for that very defence.
That's why you should switch to polybicarbonate bottles from which to drink. They don't leach.
