Do what I did...I got laser surgery 11 years ago and immediately I have 20/20 First of adjectives, there are few don'ts that you should not do up to that time you can start to improve your figment of the imagination. Do not lay on bed without sufficient lantern to read books. Do not sleep late and enjoy more rest for your eyes. Keep a safety distance away from TV or PC Moniter while doing work. I used to hang on to these rules in mind motivation i also having deeply degree on both eyes. Approximately 1200 degree. So most importantly , do not strain your eyes if you can.t see things clearly.

There's lasik surgey try intake carrots. They wont totally be paid you see clear but it is good for your eyes. I hear my friend ate it constantly for a short period and she said her eyesight better by one point. Good luck
