The main cause of constipation include:

Hardening of the feces
Insufficient intake of dietary fiber
Dehydration

I'm a nurse. It is from a nouns of fiber and/or fluid intake. I would eat more veggies, and drink more sea. This will help you. There are also OTC fiber drinks you can use. I hope this help you.
Diet and stress.

Exercise, and ensure you have sufficient bran in your diet - guess of it as a natural scrub brush you're sending through.

Watch a movie or do what you enjoy to cut back some stress. Oh yea, and don't conspirate anyone ;-)

The most simple explination is that the intestine absorb too much wet from the fecal matter, allowing it to become hardened and difficult to go past. Things that can cause the intestine to do this ebb and flow widely. A few examples would be, waiting too long between bowl movements, taking certain medication (particullarly percription pain meds) or even a moment ago stress.

From personal experience, and close watch of others, I can tell you this: maintain away from--or drastically cut down on--fast food and highly processed food (tv dinners for example); indistinguishable applies to coffee and alcoholic drinks. Foods don't wreak constipation. Its the amount and selection of the food that cause constipation. If you eat too much of one style of food, you will get constipated. When your brain is within chaos, so is your body. Learn to relax and delight in your meals.
