They used to sell these at wal-mart or even drug stores. Just pay attention, it's never good to put something contained by your ear. You could rupture an eardrum.
You should be able to find one at any pharmacy. If you can't find one or don't know what to look for after just turn ask the pharmacist and he/she can help you.

I'm sure you can find one at a pharmacy. Be careful that you enjoy use the right stuff to flush your ear and be sure it is the right temp. If it's too cold, it'll make you dizzy and ill. I know that from experience...
This procedure is called ear lavage and you are not trained to do it. It requires understanding of ear anatomy, proper instruction in technique and how to endorse and treat complications. Buy a cerumen removal kit instead.

I prefer to use Hydrogen peroxide: tilt your manager to the side, pour in almost 7-14 drops and feel it fizz and bubble away the wax... when it stops tilt your leader over hold a paper towel to your ear and drain. Use a Q tip on the outside to dry. Fab!!
It is not a appropriate idea to use those because if you use too much force it could hurt the ear drum and because you can not see into your own ear you can not enlighten if you got it adjectives out
At the pharmacy they have drops that will remove excess wax it may pilfer a few treatments Put three to four drops in one ear and later lay on the side to allow that ear to remain up and wait for going on for twenty Min's and I would advise that when you turn over hold a cloth or something to catch the fluid that comes out and you know when you have the commission done when the liquid that comes out is clear.
And next to prevent it from happening again use grease ( mineral , olive or veggie oil)
put three to four drops in your ear and they use a cotton batten something like half an hour until that time you shower
