If you are within UK - try "Somnus" which is available at Boots. That's the one that works best for me, and it usually takes a hefty thud on the head beside a pile driver to get me past its sell-by date!

You could also try a combination of old fashioned remedies (some of which work even bestter than the pile driver)

I'm sure you've hear of and tried many of these, but here go:

1. Fantastic sustained sex with someone you trust and love

2. Other energetic physical activity - DIY, long stroll, good workout, until shattered.

3. The Japanese swear by partially an hour in a hot hip bath. This helps me and I include fragrant bubble tub and candles.

4. The right sort of chilled music - experiement until you find your favourite

5. Milky drinks

Hope this help

Pills and tablets are close to marbles where they outdo right through your system with little abosorption (5-7%) into your body. If you are looking for supplements that are to a fragment size that is 99% abosorbed into your body, you might want to check out some solution nutrtional products such as "Vibe". This is an all-in-one foundational nutritional supplement that i take. It's not specifically geared towards sleeping but I own experienced better sleep after i started taking it and i think you might find better results beside something like this than beside a tablet that can actually do more deface to your system than it is doing good.
